Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chiboki. Below you will find details about our shipping process, delivery times, and policies for orders within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3–5 business days, and we will notify you via email if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

Transportation Mode: Air Freight

We currently offer the following shipping option for domestic orders in the United States:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (estimated transit time, excludes processing time)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or rural areas).

3. Shipping Costs

Orders over $39: Free Standard Shipping
Orders under $39: Standard Shipping fee of $5.99

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours of the carrier picking up your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or customs/import issues (for orders shipped from overseas). If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us at chiboki01@outlook.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

7. Customs & Import Taxes

Orders shipped from outside the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
